First off, respects to film photography, and to your FM3a, it's a camera I love (but never used).
Second, the photo is just stunning! Amazing concept and very well executed. The way the guitar is just laying there in that path with those plants around it, is very well done.
Light is just perfect, especially in the background with that wonderful depth of field (and bokeh).
Contrast is wonderful (due to red filter) and I just love the film effect.
I also liked the details so much, especially the heart shape on the guitar.
All in all, this is really very good, very well done, and hard work is well appreciated ):

Interesting image. I really do love the black and white and how high contrasted it is. I do think that looks really good. I like the shallow DOF, it adds to it, also with the texture like background. It does really make the image more intense.
I would have lay the guitar differently though. While the straight thing may make sense with the title, I don't think it adds much photographically. The centering of the guitar is rather boring too. I would have maybe laid it upright, turned it for a 30° angle. I think it would look much mire interesting.
