First off, I have to commend you on the crop of this photograph. It's not often I come across one that I wouldn't suggest changing, but I would not suggest you change a thing about that. Her hands are perfectly aligned with her legs and shoulders, you framed it wonderfully at a crucial moment and came out with this excellent result.
I enjoy the bedspread too, it seems to be somewhat out of place with the dynamic tension that surrounds your model, it's so commonplace and kind of cute, it's really not the bedspread you would expect, what with the cigarette and tattoo. I wonder what was going on just before this picture was taken, it could be a number of things, which is another reason it's so very nice to look at. It leaves something to your imagination.
The absolute only thing I would suggest for this photograph if you wished to improve upon it would be perhaps lightening her up a little. Just a little though. The grain in this looks nice, but a tad more definition in the area where her arm crosses over her legs would make it that much better.
